Job Description
IT Support Engineer – Call Switch – Remote
SHORT TERM 3 WEEK CONTRACT.
We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to help troubleshoot technical issues during an interim period until our customers permanent engineer starts in November. You will ensure all telecoms system hardware and software function smoothly.
Key Duties:
- Respond to customer service issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Monitor and maintain computer systems/networks
- Provide phone-based technical support
- Repair/replace equipment as needed
- Ensure network security and privacy
Skills:
- Trained in Call Switch or Bicom systems
- Excellent customer service skills
